Stucco, siding, salt haze.
Miami homes get dirty in three ways at once: airborne mildew settles on shaded walls, salt aerosol corrodes painted surfaces, and acid rain leaves a chalky haze on stucco. None of it responds well to a 3,000 PSI pressure washer pointed at it — that just drives the contamination deeper and damages the paint film.
House soft washing is the right technique for 90% of Miami residential exteriors. We use a low-pressure (60–100 PSI) chemical application that lifts contaminants, then a soft rinse. Total job time: 2–4 hours for a typical 2,000 sq ft single-story.

Pricing reality.
Most Miami pressure washers charge a flat $200–250 for a “house wash” and then upsell on site. We don’t. The estimate you see is the number you pay. If we walk in and find heavy black mildew on a north wall that needs a second application, we’ll tell you before we start the truck.
Frequency we recommend.
Annually for most Miami homes. Bi-annually if you’re on the water (salt air) or under a heavy tree canopy.
