We are a small, owner-operated company with the equipment, insurance and process of a much larger one. We do the work that takes a little longer, costs a little more, and lasts.
Why we started.
The gap between "the cheapest pressure-wash" and "actually-good exterior cleaning" was bigger than it should be in this city. Dozens of trucks will quote you $99 to wash your house. Some of them will lift your paint, drive water behind your stucco and disappear by the next storm.
We don't do that work. We do the work that takes longer — soft-wash where soft-wash is right, high pressure where high pressure is right, and never the other way around.

Why "soft wash"?
Most surfaces in Miami — stucco, tile, shingle, coral stone — are damaged by the kind of high pressure used by most pressure-washing companies. Soft washing combines low-pressure water (around 60 PSI) with a calibrated cleaning chemistry that does the actual cleaning. It's slower. It's gentler. And it lasts roughly 4–6× as long because it kills algae at the root instead of just blasting off the top.
For driveways, walkways, and most concrete surfaces, we use high-pressure surface cleaners — because those surfaces can take it. The choice is always made by the surface, not by what's faster.
